Local stock, two thresholds.
Stock is held in the UK and in the EU, so a UK order ships from UK stock and an EU order ships from EU stock. Nothing crosses a customs border for a single cut.
The two thresholds are held as two separate figures. Neither is converted from the other and neither moves with an exchange rate, so a euro order is judged against the euro threshold and nothing else.
Cut, rolled, despatched
It leaves as a roll, whatever the length.
A 2 m cut and an 18.3 m roll arrive the same way, rolled and wrapped. The weight is the difference, and it is on every product page.

What it costs
Delivery is free over £75 in the UK and over €89 in the EU. Below either, a flat £25 or €29.95. One charge, whatever the length, because a cut length and a full roll go the same way.
How long it takes
5 working days from order to despatch. Matting is cut to order, from stock held in the UK and in the EU, so the five days are the cut and the despatch rather than a wait for the factory.
No VAT is added. The price shown is the price charged.

The United Kingdom and 23 countries in the European Union, at the prices above. UK orders ship from UK stock and EU orders from EU stock, so nothing crosses a customs border for a single cut.

Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Romania are delivered too, but priced by hand rather than at the flat rate, because the flat rate does not cover the carriage to them and we would rather say so than quietly charge it. Send the run through the quote page and you get a real number back.
What ships
A cut length is rolled and despatched from the same 18.3 m roll the price was quoted from. A full roll ships as a roll, and the weight is on the product page, so a 90 kg roll is not a surprise at the door.
Longer than one roll
The longest single cut on this site is 18.3 m, which is one roll. For a longer run, several linked runs or an unusual delivery, send the measurements through the quote page and we will price the sensible roll configuration instead.
